Tell us your rarest finds here!!!

This was one of my best ring finds!....and it fits!

Nice ring. What karat is it? Gold rings usually add up to more than coin finds unless you have a rare one. I have never sold anything though.

USPHS emblem, Sterling by Blackington. In my back yard.

1864 2 cent coin in great condition

I like that coin because it was the first U.S. Coin to bear the motto "In God We Trust" on it, congrats. :woot:

As for mine, well, a 1945 wheatie. It's extra special because it was the only coin I found that day. :D

My rarest find is a Mexican War button that belonged to my Gr Gr Grandfather. For me it is priceless and doubt I could ever find something that would top it.

Found this in a hunt last year
1652 XII Massachusetts Oak Tree Shilling

I reevaluated my finds and determined that I had a few more worthy of posting. 1864 L IHP, 1866 semi-key date, 2 saloon tokens, a hardware store token from Cincinnati, and an unknown token that I cannot ID. And a 1909 Chicago dog tag.

I found this rare Primitive Native duck call! It appears to be carved out of a very lightweight bone of a prehistoric bird or some sort of baleen or something...I dont know, I'm not an archaeologist..

It goes "fffrruuup, frrruuurp", when you blow on it, so maybe the reed is shot or thats how ducks sounded long long ago...? Anybody know?.
