Curbstrip concerns

Most of my hunting is on curb/grass strips, But I am discrete about it (except today

try to get done as fast as I can unless its a remodel or the strip is not within view of the

occupants.

Argue with the voices in your head. Folks will avoid interaction.

In my county the county government has the right-of-way to place utilities abut 6 foot inside my property from the street. A Georgia Power metal detectorist explained to me what the right-of-way means. It means I own the property and can prevent other individuals from digging or tresspassing on my property, but not those utility companies that the county governments grants right-of-way for their lines or pipes.

I suspect it is the same for curb strips. Good idea to hunt the ones not kept up too well and avoid the property where the owner's curb strip is nice thick grass.

Me too, but I generally avoid curbstrips.
Yes I have been asked by homeowners to basically stop.
