Here's my first...found earlier this week at an old home site in a clearcut. I hunted that places three or four times. This is the first and only coin.

Here are the only Injuns I found in 2017. They were crusted beyond recognition, so I tumbled them with the rest of my badly crusted wheats, and only discovered they were Indianheads after the tumble. Didn't turn out too bad.

Hey! I can contribute to this. I found my old US penny collection albums yesterday and I have a 1907 Indian Head.

Here’s all of my Indians for the year...all from the same site! It’s a “ghost town” that originated in the 1890s, but it’s just a farmer’s field now. It took several hunts to net all nine, and hopefully I’ll find some more in the next few days as I race against time to hunt as much of the area as I can before the crops go in. Unfortunately, the fertilizers and such from years of farming have taken their toll on the copper, so they’re a little toasty, but the 1904 in the center has an awesome patina!

Picked this one up this morning. Not as old as the last one but prettier I think
