Not finding a direct link to a sales promotion fob or tag, but Ford Canada made a Monarch model from mid 40ís to early 60ís. Itís largest selling point was that it had a V-8 engine so maybe...?

There is also a Monarch model V gramophone from early 1900ís.

Monarch was an actual car company in the early 1900's. It would be a nice find if this happened to be a badge from one of them. I'm unable to find a company logo at this time. Just grasping straws here.

Fisher F2 (the 3-coil "Supreme" package) with a black plastic thing that came with it that was advertised as a pinpointer but works better as a garden stake.
UPDATE: The Fisher died while it attempted to swim. Replaced with a DR.÷TEK MT-XR and Kuman pinpointer because I'm poor.
