Searching Salt water beach in the dry sand,
V3i in stock Coins and Jewelry program, got a good repeatable hit:
VDI +8, foil/gold ring, down +/- 4" pic attached
pretty sure the middle band is gold, there is a groove on each side of middle band
no stamps on the ring inside or outside.

Thinking maybe Platinum

Any feedback welcomed

You should have a jeweler check it. My guess stainless steel since not marked. HOWEVER, I can and have been wrong. Welcome to the forum and good luck out there

Thanks for the responses, I will take it to the jeweler. Great link NecterDetector. Since I am going to the jeweler now I will take this earring too and see if it is a real diamond, back of setting is stamped with 925. Found at the same beach.

Tungsten is my guess. Cool find for sure
Good luck on diamond.
I found a 1-1.25 ct pear in a .925 setting and it was fake. A very intense few hours. Ill pray yours is the real deal.

It is rare that a real diamond is set in sterling, but good luck.
