Just wondering if Spending the extra Money on a Garrett ATX over the Garrett AT Gold is worth the added $1900 All new to me

It depends on your hunting style, what you are looking for and how much experience you have.
If it is your first upgrade (or your first machine) I would strongly recommend starting with the AT GOLD or AT PRO.

I'm a Garrett fan and I can't imagine getting one unless I'm a rich, dedicated gold nugget hunter or trying to find ultra valuable targets in a likely area. And remember, you'll hear every iron target.:wow:
