Dug this baby the other day. Italian silver pre 1930's "Three Graces Dancing" natural shell cameo brooch/pendant with 12 marcasite stones, all stones were set with a few burls (not beaded or glued) meaning it's an older one and not made cheaply. I was surprised to find it fully intact - Best brooch pin I've ever dug - Possibly the most valuable too, as some fetch a pretty price on ebay!
