Fields were either pasture or maize stubble, very muddy and wet!

Very eerie out in the field in the mist.

The oath by the Genius of the emperor became common in private and public fields. False oath was a crime against the emperor".
Spring stud (solitaire) button, 1872-1900, also known as a bachelors buttons which was patented in 1872 by George West.
Book fittings or book clasps, AD1500-1650.
A lead token, not been able get a positive ID on the date of this particular size and pattern.
