Tried this on stretched out cord from my e-Trac's 15"Cors Fire coil.
I used a large pencil since I didn't have a wooden dowel rod on hand.
I also used my heat gun instead of a hairdryer.
My cord was looking pretty rough but now thanks to this little trick, it looks like new again.
Watch your heat! Don't burn yourself or melt your cord.
