Default Helpful Article

This popped up on my news feed this week, lots of good information on how to use the old Sanborn maps. It was written for genealogy research but I think would be helpful for detecting as well. HH!

Did not know that the Library of Congress was adding Sanborn Maps. Nice little find.

Thanks

I had a link a couple years ago that showed where some old schools and houses were near me...but I can't find the link. They were Sanborn maps, but I can't find those particular ones anymore

This sure beats running to the library and making expensive copies, thanks!
