Stainless implement?

Found in waist-deep water, looked like it was there for awhile till I cleaned it with the wire wheel.

Never heard of such a thing. That's a very interesting find.

I thought that too, until I looked again at how small it really is. it also looks too cheaply made to be a nut pick (I can see a cast mark on the side). Probably made of some type of pot metal or cheap alloy. Gonna go with snuff spoon too.

Your right it is smaller than it looks... nose implement it is... :lol:
 
Hard to say.....vintage nail cleaner on one end, cuticle pusher on the other.
Or.... An antique Bodkin. Used for removing ear wax, even the Romans used them.
And OUR parents were worried about Q-Tips!!!!!:laughing:
