Railroad Button ID???

Any ideas? Found in Central Virginia....I've combed every railroad company name and just can't figure it out...was a two piece button...the back was iron and is munched.

Any help would be appreciated!

What are the initials? ICR? Could be Illinois Central Railroad

I'm thinking it says "L & B" or "L & R"....but it's pretty munched. I'll look into the ICR theory!! Thanks!
