Can y’all tell me how old this is (if it is old lol)? My wife found it here in FL, but I’m not totally sure civil war action was in the area we were.

Well there are Civil War bullets (that were actually fired in CW battles).
And then there are Civil Ware ERA bullets. These are the same type used but not fired during a CW battle or training.

Many of the guns and bullets used were available surplus after the war. So that could be a CW era bullet but probably not a CW bullets.

Example is the .58 cal, 3-ringer I found at a farm here in PA. NO CW action, training, etc took place here. But it matched the popular 3-ringer used during the CW.
My guess is it was cast from a surplus mold and used in a surplus Enfield.

What is the Exact diameter and length???
This is important to determine what it may be.
It does look like an older style bullet.

It appears to have a sprue mark on the bottom and resembles a style of cast bullet intended for 9mm pistols.if so it would be a modern bullet.Look under bullet molds to see the style I,m talking about.

Donneybrook! Merry Christmas to you! The old KingTotsalot is still around, not detecting now, and not even coin roll hunting presently, but still hanging in there! Hope you have been well! We are all fine here.:D:D
