So I found these 2 horseshoes at an old logging site and was hoping someone can tell me roughly when they were made. They were all rusted when I dug them and they cleaned up nice after a vinegar bath.

I know the picture isn't the best but it's all I have to work with right now

Both are handmade hind shoes from driving horses. Both have jump-welded toe grabs, and both have heel caulks, though one has a lateral trailer.
As for when they were made? It's nearly impossible to tell. A few basic characteristics lead me to believe that it was sometime from 1900-1940, but that's just a guess.

Thanks for the info!
