Did I get a Civil War Spur?

Nice finds... congrats on the spur

Thanks pan4au.

Great digs jwp! Nice stirrup! IMO the flower piece isn't a rosette, as they are usually filled with lead in the back but still it could very well be a rosette. Looking forward to seeing what else you find from this site! A true winner for sure!

Thanks CD. I'll have to research the "Rossette".

Nice work bro!!

I like rings!!

Didn't do as well on old coins as last trip, but relics were very nice again. Oldest coins were 1904 IHC, 1909 toasted wheat and a few teens wheats. JD's 1899 V was oldest coin this trip.

Did you dig a silver shovel?

Great finds man!

Looks good, but no markings and feels a little light. Found a few feet from the Hearts which are same style pin as the shovel. Found at an 1820s property...probably not period Lol.
