I thought it to be a little weird to put a heart on a piece that I thought might have been a piece of horse tack. I'm finding all sorts of rivets, leather pieces with rivets in that immediate area, thinking it was a horse tack repair shed there or something, a lot of shoes as well and a ton of nails like a structure was once there. It was identified as a civil war heart horse bridle rosette. I had no idea, was thinking my barber find was the find of the day.
