Default Old Catholic Cross Necklace. Gold?

Found this near a baseball field. I don't think it's gold, but it may be gold plated, but I did a magnet test and it didn't stick to the magnet (usually indicates possible gold). I know this doesn't guarantee it's gold, but I thought it was pretty cool that it possibly can. Any thoughts?

Nice cross! Though it looks plated if any gold. Base metal looks copper or bronze to me..

Need a better pic, as half the cross is under shadow.
Just take it down to your LCS or jeweler, they can test for free.
