I bought my first detector (an AT Pro) last summer before our family trip to the beach. I used it a few times and found a couple dollars in change and some trash but couldn't do it for long because of bad hips. I had both hips replaced last year and now I'm good to go. I went out behind my house last weekend on some state land with a couple creeks. I didn't find anything in creek but did find a couple old nails and two old shot gun stamps and some other old iron. Now I'm looking all over my area for places to go. I found an open field that used to have a house or building in the early 50's but is no longer there and the good thing is...I know the owner [emoji16]. Hoping to find plenty more places to hunt.

Congrats! And you got out into the fresh are, that's what I call winning.

Actually that looks almost exactly like my finds for today. Shotgun shells, lead bullets, the occasional can.

I like the headstamps. Don’t find those every day where I’m at. Like it when I do.

Congrats on getting out and feeling better!
