I will Bragg just a little. I wanted to detect and brother in law suggested a machine. I looked at the price tag and was a bit Shocked. I was very hesitant to purchase a piece for a hobby and spend that kind of money Old retired sailors are not rich. But My wife said You get what you pay for. Don't buy something cheap and regret not getting the better machine.

That machine has repaid my investment a number of times.

There are times when she can tell that I am getting cabin fever and she will say You need to go play. (Her term for detecting)

While i am out detecting she works making blue ribbon winning quilts.

I'd be laughing Bob but that could be me. Since retirement the little woman has dad control of finances. can say there will not be a new detector in my future any time soon. Still she is very supportive, only using her broom getting me out of the house and out of her hair. Trapper

Maybe a little to close to home for some on here. There are a few that still are under the illusion they are the king of their castle. I am not one of those myself ,I have no doubt on who rules the castle .:surrender::jester:

Funny, it's very similar to my world! Compared to my Harley days, the Mrs. knows it could be worse too though!
