Got back out last night to a different beach and scooped up a few more goodies! The only water finds were the matchbox cars but all the jewelry is coming from the dry sand still, pony and bracelet included. Water is just a bit too cold for most people to brave yet...
The Tungsten ring was a nice surprise. We were just finishing up our hunt at 2:30am and my buddy had turned off his detector as we started to walk back up the beach towards the parking lot. I kept mine on and told him I've read more stories on here about people having their best finds as they were walking back or just about to be done. The next target I got as I walked my straight line back was the ring and he couldn't believe it! I'll chalk this one up to all the FMDF stories... thanks everyone!
