Default Looking for Pasco County Florida metal detecting friends

Hello I've been metal detecting for 6+ years on and off, but mostly in Michigan. I live in Florida now and looking for people that I can metal detect with that know areas to hunt. None of my friends down here metal detect and it gets boring by myself. I have my own gear, I'm always courteous with my plugs and always take care of trash.

I may be interested from time to time, but getting older and less active. I've only been here a couple of years myself so I don't know of any good areas, but I did get permission to hunt the property of the Hacienda Hotel in New Port Richey last year when they were remodeling.

Butchr, are you only interested in relic hunting. I do beach as well as dry hunting. Always interested in meeting new people to hunt with. I still work but try and go 2-3 times a week. Let me know if you’d like to get together.

I am interested. I live in Tarpon Springs. Tired of the local parks.
