I'll be posting hopefully 1-3 times a week.

Go for quality over quantity. Three times a week is way too often. You will run out of good finds very fast and then you'll be posting the not so great finds to pad your videos. You'll also find out that it can become a pain in the rear to post videos on a regular basis. Just my take on it.
