This was only my third time out with the Equinox 600, so I am still learning.
This site was a local park that has some age to it. It is loaded with old trash, but there are still some decent finds to be made. I was mostly in Park 1 and 2 at 20-22 sensitivity. I was able to run Park 2 with a little more sensitivity.
The first wheatie was the most impressive because I could only squeak out the high tone in two directions, but it still sounded pretty good. I was expecting junk because it was such a sketchy hit, so the wheatie was unexpected.
The second one was deep, about 7 inches, much to the annoyance of some frisbee golfers
The third one was not very deep at all, but I will take it.
I ended up with a 1945, 1950, and 1956D.
I have to admit that the Equinox continues to impress me. It speaks a different language from my previous ETrac, but I am starting to trust it more and more.
