So I have a Tesoro silver u max but it’s not very good on the beach. Is there a good second unit I might consider? I wouldn’t mind being under $400, but all guidance is appreciated.

Thank you for reading.

Least expensive nonsubmersible are the vanquishes. For submersible the Legend. The equinox 600 too but it has a history of leaking..

the first time I got to beach detect on vacation I was swinging a 540. It was super quiet in both the wet and dry sand. It was finding coins at punishing depths in the dry sand. Was certainly a joy to use. Just turn it on and go.
