Found this cool D buckle in the woods in Rhode Island. Can anyone identify it?

There's a Hoover Boy's video i believe with a very similar found buckle that the thinking is 1600's. Think it's one of their most recent ones? If so very sweet find, congrats!
 
Looks like a good buckle. I have no way to prove anything about it. But seeing others in the past, it definitely has that shape of 1700s or older.

I just found the episode you were referring to and it was from 1660’s they thought. Good memory!
