That is a picture of Mud-Puppy that was edited in, he had posted a funny clown pic of himself in the past.
Looks like you joined the forum after Mud-Puppy stopped posting, but members who have been on the forum a while remember his witty posts and miss them, someone heard he is doing okay, just busy I guess from what I remember.
