First GOLD of the year!!!

What a day for the hobby! Finding the unusual 12.5 cent token earlier today, and then finding a 10K & 12K gold ring after dinner tonight!

Found it about 1/2" down at the same high school I found the college silver ring the other day. Thanks for looking, and HH!

Thanks George, it was a solid 6 on my 705. Up until I saw and educational vid on youtube showing how to set up a 705 for just finding gold rings, Id pass that signal up. Not anymore.

It looks like Black Hills Gold to me. Commonly a mix of 9k, 10k and 12k, includes grape bunches and rose or green gold leaves. Nice find!
