Corn field permission

Got permission to hunt corn field this fall.

1860s maps show e different homes once stood there.

Owner asked only that I show him any "good" stuff.

I told him I would, and I will keep my word.

No hiding finds in a special pocket for me.

I can't wait.

Yup! Sure is!

I also have many permissions for hunting, but am fortunate enough to have my own land now.

When I used to hunt permission, I obeyed all the rules.....

"Please take does, leave the bucks"

I would also give the landowners some tenderloins, summer sausage, jerky even though they never asked for it.

Anyway, i looking forward to hunting season already.!
 
I have joked in other threads about hiding good finds but I'd never cheat someone that treated me good and let me on their property. Last yard I hunted, my wife's cousins one acre yard. I talked to her first telling them I give any personal items like rings to them and I get the coins.
