Found on April 11, 2018 while detecting with a friend on a farm in Amherst County Virginia. 2 inch deep in a cow pasture.
It was the most exciting find I have even had.
I'll never forget that feeling. :extrahappy:
It is a early 1851 Officers Sword Belt Buckle.
Thanks for looking.

A huge congrats to you also.
Ain't it a wonderful feeling to find something you have searched for forever.
Because of where I was at it was totally unexpected. I was looking for coins and flat buttons and then my MXT says 91 BUCKLE. I said to myself "Naw, can't be."

I will never speak to you again!!! (Just kidding) Hunted over 30 years for CW artifacts and never found one of those and it's definitely on my bucket list. Can I go hunt with you.
