I’m in Phoenix and hunting an old park. Pull tabs especially beaver tails are reading mid 80’s in the ground and 50’s after dug up. Every time I think I’m digging a coin it’s a pull tab. Never had this issue with the ctx3030 or the etrac. Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?

I have notices using the AT Gold, gives you different VDI numbers for a lot of targets.....silver being one. It reads different then the AT Pro/AT Max. Try practicing targets in the ground to get a better conductivity check. Also, if you use a concentric coil, you will get a more accurate ID on targets.
