That looks older than I the typical token I see posted here... Any way to clean it up a bit more or hold a flashlight across it so details will pop a bit more?

I may be way off here but that looks like it might be a Spanish Cob. I hope somebody knowledgeable voices their opinion. Meanwhile, don't do any sort of extensive cleaning, just in case.

I’ll clean it up some more and get some different light angles.
It’s a lot bigger than a regular store token.

Maybe a rubbing or draw out the two sides and fill in all of the letters that you can make out.
You can see them better in hand than the pictures will show.
I can see FOR, the cent sign and AP on the one side.
On the other side I see what looks like HE on the top and a D at the bottom.
Very cool find... to bad it isn't in better shape.

The bottom picture to me looks like some rorschach test in which I see an evil looking bunny. Haha I have no idea what the token is for but I'm definitely interested in finding out what the heck it is

Second edit: I see DI on the second of the new set of pics....maybe dime? And now that I cracked a beer....maybe the front said BAR? A bar token?

Well now that you've cleaned it up a bit and with the new lighting.
I would say it is a Good For 5 cent Cigar token.
I would look here for cigar tokens from towns in your area.

Maybe you can find one that matches the few letters you have on the other side.
Too bad it looks like it went through a fire.

Thanks for the link.
It has a couple thick spots, I was thinking fire also. I’ll look through the 8000 plus tokens from PA to try to find it, it’s not listed in my town.
Thanks again. If I find it I’ll post it, but it might take awhile. lol.

I agree, looks like a "good for 1 cigar" token, but then again, i have been drinking too...
