Okay, I don't have a water machine yet so that's a deal. I don't know of any beaches at Hubbard, but Lavon has some I would like to visit. I've been scouring your area for the last 2 months. Did pretty decent hitting parks and elementary schools.
You want to get together some time, let me know. I live just off Centerville and 66 by the bike trails. You'll like the AT Pro, it's a good machine and their factory is based in Garland, so quick repairs if needed.
