I hit the local surfing beach today with the very low tides.

Sadly both items are junk.

Beach is 3 miles long so no pressure.....

Thanks for looking....Doug.

Doug, nice hunt, the beach looks three miles wide as well. Nothing like our beaches, how deep does it get? How far does one need to swim out to not be touching the bottom?

Depending on the wave height and remembering this is a surfing beach swimmers don't go far out before they get out of their depth.

Yes a big beach with a large drop back for the tide.

This is todays tidal information, remember the lows & highs are in meters.

1 meter = 3.28084 feet.

This is the beach from the inside of my car at the other end of the beach from the first photograph.

Black clouds are a gathering!

Found a few goodies I see!

Doesn't look like much of a swell, so no surfers out I suppose. :surfin:
