Help identifying this bullet

I live in a civil war battle area and enjoy digging Minnie balls and buttons. I find a lot of different types of bullets, but I dug one last weekend that I cannot seem to positively ID. I was hoping someone could help. It is a flat based 2 ringer, dug in Suffolk Virginia.

Awesome, thank you for sharing your knowledge.

It is quite interesting seeing the fires vs dropped bullets that you find along the different sides lines. The fact that this was used by both sides will add some confusion to my ongoing research. Cheers!
