Inquiring into smaller dealers was a no brainer for me. Put my name on the list in April, received the 800 in April, same month.

The big companies have big lists, didn't need anyone to tell me that.

Cabelas has the 800 in stock today, and Phil from Myers Metal Detectors should have them in on Friday, if anyone is still looking...

RadioWorld in Toronto has them everyday. They're not a coveted item here in Canada since they struggle with our crappy coins.

This was great advice.
I found that Placerville Hardware was a dealer and I emailed them and they had one left in stock. Drove 1.5 hours to pick it up.
