Just cleaned a old worthless wheat penny with a wet dryer sheet & I'm amazed, don't try it with anything of value but it does seem to work...

I use them ta keep knats and mosquito's away while detecting & fishing...just hang one off a hat

I'll have to try that..
My wife took out all of our old pots & pans with burnt on grease & such and cleaned them with a Dyer sheet, now they look brand new...

I got the idea from her after seeing the results..

I have used them to get rid of static in my helmet , nothing worse than getting off your bike and pulling off the helmet and looking like I just got an electrical shock !

The video says warm soapy water and then add the dryer sheet and let it sit overnight, is that what you did? Wonder if it'll work with old clad coins too.
