I found this tag at a old railroad house today about 10 inches down. I've cleaned one side up and still need to clean the other up. Any ideas?

Search Anaconda Copper Mine. It may relate to that.

Appears to be an production number tag from a reel/spool of wire made by the Anaconda Wire/Cable Company (1928-1980).
