Going nowhere fast

Tried detecting today but the bitter temps and no snow cover from last weekend has the top 6'' or ground fozen solid. Single digit temps predicted this weekend also (between 40 degree days). With no rains in the forecast detecting is off another week at least (can't pick axe lawns LOL). If something doesn't happen soon my chance at detecting property built around the civil war time will be a no go (March 4th)
