Mistery bullet

This bullet was sometime turned into a lucky charm.
I have no ID but I guess it could be 1WW british Enfield or
italian Carcano ammo.Made of some white metal,which is also
strange to me.
There is the possibility that some soldier was wounded by this
bullet and survived.Later turned it into a lucky charm.
Just in case someone could ID it,which ammo is this about,I add
some pics measures in inches and also in mm.

Hmm..that rounded bullet tip would make it an original patrone 88 bullet.

Should this be the case, the .88 patrone was used until
1904/05 then replaced by the S patrone...?
In 1WW old ammo was used too...I guess
