I recently found this at an old home site. I have 3 different pics. The first one is a picture of the top. It has WP, the #5, and USA on it. The next pic is one of a side view. The third pic is showing the inside which is threaded. Can someone identify this.

My grandmother's old house in Louisiana still uses some of those. The house was built in 1929.

It's a electric fence insulator before the plastic one we have now.
