Looking for info on this bottle. Thinking it's some sort of juice bottle but I can't find anything.

First of all its not old. If I had to guess i'd say it contained a condiment of some sort. It has little or no value to a bottle collector.

What both posters above me said. I've dug many like that that were embossed "College Inn" on them. 1950s.

this is a juice from 1940s . collage inn was a fruit juice bottler from Maryland or Virginia . oh by the way , there's a soup on the market also called collage inn. :cool:

I've seen the College In Bottles that are almost identical to this one with the exception that they all say College Inn on the neck band. I know this bottle probably has little to no monetary value and was dug with several milk bottles from the 40's-50's. The other question I wanted to ask is what type of lid did this bottle use? It has no threads but does have to weird notches on one side. Any ideas?

It was a metal lid, same principle as a screw lid. You line it up with the groove and then give a half turn. The bottom grooves are what held it.
