I just sent in my Carrot that had issues since the day I started using it but had a workaround that was working so I never wanted to send it in for repair because I didn't want to be without.. Then I had a business trip so I sent it in while I was gone.. had it back in the week I was gone, no questions asked easy peasy.. GREAT Customer Service !!

Garrett has always been top notch, congrats!
