I thought about the storms, and as bad as it was, must of pushed some pirate treasure on shore ?

Well, you sure ain’t driving there to detect that any time soon. The only way on and off Sanibel (bridge causeway) was taken out by hurricane Ian.

That looks like some serious sargasso(?) also piled on shore in the image. That could make for some difficult metal detecting off a beached flats boat!
