Well the ground is officially hard as a rock! I did manage to pull an Indian(#7 FTY) but wounded it pretty good:mad:... I’m probably done for the year:(its not worth the risk of damaging nice coins!

Getting to that point here too.

I'm hoping the 40/50 degree weather predicted for the end of the week softens the ground one last time. I have a curb stip I have my eye on and the utility company is in the vicinity with markouts pointed right in that direction.
 
You had a great year, nice injun! I would try the woods if I were you... Anywhere there is leaves it may still be soft, that's usually the case out here anyway. Congrats!
 
We’re froze up good. Already put the machine away for the winter. Glad you were able to get one more hunt in!

Thanks guys! It’s actually been pretty warm the last few days so fingers crossed for the weekend. I scored a new permission I want to check out...
