KT was greatly pleased with this week's efforts and kept the streak alive too!:lol:

Let us get right to the details:

Box 1 - no silver, 5 NIFCs, 1 proof

But here is where it starts!
Box 2 - 1 Ben, 1 64 Ken, 8 40% Ag Kens, 1 NIFC, 1 Proof.

Not to be outdone:
Box 3 - 1 Ben, 1 64 Ken, 9 40% Ag Kens, 2 NIFCs, 1 foreign coin

Box 4 - 1 64 Ken, 2 40% Ag Kens, 2 NIFC.

And Box 5 did not fool around: 1 Ben, 2 64 Kens, 2 40% Ag Kens!

Total: 3 Bens, 5 64 Kens, 21 40% Ag Kens, 10 NIFCs, 2 Proofs, 1 QE II 1/125th shilling 1964 Bailiwick of Jersey!

KT was bounding out of the Royal Throne every few minutes to do another dance! :kingdances::kingdances::kingdances::dingding::dingding:

Enjoy the pics...this was definitely a fun one !! Best of luck to e1 in the coming weeks!

*whistle* mannnnnn KT didn't play around this week! Dang boy, you slaughtered it again!

Perhaps I should to take up CRH and park the coil for a while...I ain't dug a silver half since the fall of 2015:laughing: Outstanding week of silver KT!

I'm with ya there capt 2015 was the last time I saw a half in the plug as well, something about dirty coins make them sexier though lol nice haul KT 3 Benjamin halfs is just awesome! HH!

KT thinketh all your comments are too too kind! It certainly is nice to get more than a roll of 40%ers and nearly a half roll of 90%ers in a single hunt! And a few of theses halves, including the older Ben, were so filthy as to put one from out of the ground to shame!

In the next CRH KT will include a pick of what the silvers look like before He dips them...before and after so to say. Halves are normally so filthy that KT must wash His Royal Hands at least every 2 boxes! :p

It seemeth to me, from an ROI perspective....reading posts...Theres more Silver to be found CRH or Coinstar tray trolling than swinging coil!! (ForeverRich's amazing hoarder lot excluded of course!)...

Plus, you dont need a diddly damn of any kind of gear to do either! Oh lord...! Then, theres snooping through garage sales and thrift shops!

Yes, for free Silver, top of the ROI curve would be CRHing...then Coinstar tray trolling...then Gsale/thrift store shopping....For sheer silver volumn/ROI theres simply NO WAY a dirt hunter could ever out hunt these methods...!

Mud-puppy, KT concurs! Not every MDer has the opportunity to hunt great old sites...KT was a avid totlot hunter, finding a great deal of clad coinage fairly often. But in several years of that fun, KT only recovered 1 silver coin...a 64 Rosie! As KT's knees got worse He turned to CRHing as another phase of the hobby, and has found it to be both satisfying and somewhat lucrative! Ha ha.
