opinions on teknetics omega 8500

recently sold my gamma 6000, really miss that bugger soooooooo I went and bought a omega 8500 with the cash I got of the gamma

what can you tell me guys about it?
I also have a 11 dd coil that was planning to sell, should I keep it? is it better than the 10 elliptical concentric coil?

any input would be helpful

Maybe DetectingMo will weigh in. I know he did some testing with the 8500. I loved my 8000 and the 8500 is a little upgrade. definitely keep the DD Coil. Get rid of the 10" and get a 5" DD coil for trashy areas, you'll thank me later.

Omegga is a great coin and jewelry machine,Id is spot on.Actually ,the omegga 8500 and 8000 Id is probably the best in and above they're price range.And the 8500 has a backlight,deep mode,and a lot more than the 8000 has.Id say go for it
