There are guys that collect lighters, but as far as Info on this type of lighter
I was unable to find anything, don't even know who made them.
 
I have a lighter like that somewhere. Blue and white and was with my dad's WW11 things. I think they were a PX item, but not sure.
 
Nice finds, I'm liking those DUI, always nice to find them as it pins a unit to a location.

I've lived in the shadow of a military installation all my life, and my father was in the Army during the Korean War, but that doesn't mean I understand military jargon--it's a whole other language of its own.
