I’ve been researching locations to hunt. One location I found that I really would have loved to search is buried under 10-15ft of dirt, a new housing tract. It was a stage stop that was attacked by Indians in 1861 and everyone inside was killed. The kicker, i worked on the housing project 3 years ago before I started detecting. More history lost.
