1940s old homesite just about to wrap it up, might hit it one more time. Not sure what these are. Maybe one is a trailer hitch? Fire hydrant wrench? The other not sure

The small one is a garter clip.

After some research the other is a hand forged wagon wrench

My first thought was a barrel bung tool. I can't find a bung tool like it in searches. Maybe it is really old. Pretty sure it is a wrench.

Yes. They were usually marked by the maker or brand. I've found lots of those. usually in old yards.
