So today i went to a meeting of the Tri-State Metal Detecting Club in Mt. Vernon IL, had a lot of fun. Had some good food, did a few hunts. We did 4 hunts (seeded hunts), one for presidents, clad, halves and one for silver dimes, i got 5 dimes :3(a few mercs), 11 presidents, intotal $20 with the residents and clad. Then we did the finds of the month along with a "door prize" where names got drawn out of a hat, first got a silver dollar, next two got silver half, then quarter, then dime. My name was second drawn so i got to choose between a lovely 1943 WLH or a kennedy half, took the 1943. All in all it was a fun day. Heres some pics of my silver.
